PathoBrainSeq ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mNeuroMap mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Service.

mNeuroMap is a brain health wellness tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses. All data collected is for personal wellness awareness purposes only.
Regulatory Compliance: mNeuroMap complies with applicable privacy regulations including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, US), GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation, EU), and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act). California residents have rights under CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale of personal information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account or use the beta program, we collect:

A profile photo is optional. If you choose one, it is resized and kept on your device only — it is not uploaded to our servers.

1.2 Family Member Profiles (Optional)

If you choose to track wellness for a family member, we collect the information you enter about that person: name, date of birth, gender, and relationship to you, together with the wellness self-check results recorded under that profile.

Please note: You should only add a family member profile if you have that person's permission, or if you are legally authorized to act on their behalf. You can delete a family member profile, and everything recorded under it, at any time from within the app.

1.3 Assessment Data

When you complete the PBWA™ (PBSeq Brain Wellness Assessment), we collect:

1.4 Digital Biomarker Data (Automatically Collected)

During the assessment, we automatically collect performance metadata to help track cognitive wellness trends over time:

1.5 Voice Data

Voice Recording — Separate Consent Required
The Voice Biomarker test is entirely optional. Before any voice recording begins, you will be presented with a separate consent screen. You may skip this test at any time without affecting your assessment.

If you consent to the Voice Biomarker test:

1.6 Device and Technical Information

We collect basic device information for service functionality:

This technical information is stored together with the corresponding self-check record.

1.7 Subscription and Purchase Information

mNeuroMap offers optional paid subscription tiers. If you purchase a subscription:

1.8 Analytics Information

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-1TM0WCY58H) to understand how the app is used so we can improve it. Google Analytics receives:

Your wellness scores are never sent to Google Analytics. Assessment responses, domain scores, total wellness scores, digital biomarker metrics, and voice-derived metrics are excluded from analytics by design. We also do not send your email address, your name, or your account identifier to Google Analytics.

Session-replay analytics is not used anywhere in the app.

1.9 Wait-list and Marketing Sign-up (Optional)

If you choose to join our wait-list or opt in to product updates, we store your email address, your consent choices, your language, and where you signed up from. This list is kept separately from your account record — see Section 5.1 for how to have it removed.

Deleting your account (in-app)

You can delete your account at any time, without contacting us, from within the app:

For your protection you will be asked to sign in again before deletion proceeds. You are then offered a copy of your data to download. Once you confirm, we delete:

What is not covered by in-app deletion: if you separately joined our wait-list or opted in to product updates (Section 1.9), that email address is stored outside your account record and is not removed by the in-app deletion flow. Your subscription itself is managed by Apple or Google, not by us — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Subscription and entitlement records held by our subscription provider and by the app store are retained under their own policies and for the period required by tax and accounting law; contact us if you would like us to request their erasure.
